These terms govern your use of the Secrise Technologies platform and engagement with our security infrastructure.

1. Enterprise Solutions

By engaging in Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing, or Software Development with Secrise Technologies, both parties must sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the commencement of active probing.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to utilize our public infrastructure or APIs for unauthorized reconnaissance. All access to our systems is actively monitored, and anomalous behavior is instantly logged to secure repositories.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the technological data protection laws associated with our operational headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria. Additional jurisdictional rules may apply based on bespoke client SLAs.
